have started another absolute begineers running course. I went last night and it was lovely!
It's a 9 week course to get us from beginners up to be proper runner. At the end of 9 weeks we can join a more advanced group within the club appropriate to our level. Last night began with run a minute and then walk 90 secs, repeated 8 times. What I really liked was that they really did allow everyone to go at their own pace, enjoyment seems more important than speed
If anyone is thinking of getting fit then I really recommend this little course. Training is 3 times a week, Mon, Wed & Sat at 3 differing locations.
I don't know all the details but might be able to help if others have questions...
