Roots are still doing online orders and doing contactless delivery. Great for detergants etc, spices, pasta and figuratively 1001 other things. Support these businesses. My wife surprised me with a new shaving kit from there.Roots - We have closed our physical shop until further notice -

Do you have a scrappy come round where you live? Walking around our estate recently, I've noticed several washing machines, tumble driers, etc stood on people's drives presumably waiting for the scrappy to pick them up.What happens if your fridge goes on the fritz, your telly goes tits-up, your washing machine goes awooga? You can't get rid of them in any way that's legal so what the hell are you supposed to do?

They’re refusing to take orders for extra bags until two bag collections have passed apparently. “Just put the excess next to the bin” they said, because that works so well in a windy and wet country.
You might find they leave it.We’ve got loads of card so may just stick it out on Monday and see what happens
