...

I pulled my previous post as, whilst I had no trouble finding a link to the "1784 road deaths in 2018" stat, I struggled to find anything about how many were children. I've since found something that mentions that 48 were children, but am looking for something a bit more authoritative.
I've put a link in my original post, from Brake, which is basically a cut and paste from the DOT figures.

I can't get a better image, but it seems the BMA agrees with the NEU that schools should not yet return until further studies are done...

So - with Smiths closed - where can an open Post Office be found?

Obviously asking for someone in Stafford, which I am not right now.

Maybe - but I was told that Smiths was shut, proving an obstacle, unless it's not actually entirely closed. Bit hard to check from here.
Smith's initial plan was to close the rest of the areas in branches with Post Offices, but to keep that function operating, I believe.

What is actually going on is always open to change - unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be a phone number for the Post Office part, unless they answer the 'main shop' number.

Post Offices are intended to remain functional, I'm sure, in general.

A local with specific recent knowledge may be along shortly.

This was the early intention - http://www.staffordforum.com/xf/index.php?threads/coronavirus.20169/page-20#post-408778

The Post Office in Bargain Booze on the Stone Rd (opposite Northern lights) is still open, I used it a couple of days ago to send a parcel.

Is it me, or is stafford back to near normal traffic and people being around?

Damnit, I don't want to go outside now!

I wonder if they'll change the border of the yellow sign from green back to red again?
I'm sure there is a perfectly reasonable explanation for why they chose specifically to make a change to a warning sign to move from the internationally recognised colour for stop to that for go.
