So is a dish cooked in a microwave a casserole even if it is labelled a stew on the microwave meal packaging?
No, because you are not cooking it, you are reheating something that has already been cooked
I've been overwhelmed with a feeling of WGAF...Soooooo how do you explain this then? And why do ping ping meals have "cooking" instructions?

Microwaved scrambled eggs are acceptable enough, I find.It is indeed possible to cook food in a microwave although whether the results are worth it is a matter of opinion. In the case of the stew mentioned though it was almost certainly already cooked and being reheated. Why do microwave meals have "cooking" instructions, probably because it sounds more up market - and most actually seem to have "heating" instructions anyway.
Where do you get your Kimchi? I know my place sells it in jars, but wasn't sure if it was 'authentic' enough....Stir fried barbecue pork with Kimchi egg fried rice and a coconut milk based barbecue sauce.
Blinkin' 'eck I'm good.
Scrambled eggs, porridge and tomatoes are actually better microwaved, in my opinion.Microwaved scrambled eggs are acceptable enough, I find.
Although it's not Chinese a lot of Chinese supermarkets carry it.Where do you get your Kimchi? I know my place sells it in jars, but wasn't sure if it was 'authentic' enough....
