I've just tried to print off my lateral flow test registration form for tomorrow morning only to find that my printer is out of ink.

It was ok the last time I used it, I thought, then I realised that I hadn't printed anything on it for about three years so hardly surprising that the ink had gone dry really.

The Stafford Clinical Commissioning Group have failed to update their website and avoid confusion over the administering of Pfizer vaccine pt 2

A simple ' carry on ' or otherwise, would prevent all the local surgeries being swamped with calls in the morning

Don't worry, the calculator is shite. My date came through as March-May 21. When I doubled the amount of vaccines carried out per week, on the calculator, the date changed to September-December 21!

Made a decision not to send Spawn3 back tomorrow as in the e-mail sent from the Head about re-opening she said she'd understand if any families decided against returning at the moment. I let her know and she said that's fine I'll send work out. About an hour later had another e-mail saying the school would actually remain closed to all but keyworker's and vulnerable kids tomorrow while the school waited for the outcome of the council's appeal to the government against opening as the rates here are greater than some of the areas in London which are staying closed. The teachers also are having to have training the next few days to administer the tests that they are supposed to give to the children that they haven't actually gotten yet. There is talk of the children being tested everyday. It will be horrific, many of Spawn3's school mates won't even tolerate being touched gently never mind having that test done and then potentially everyday. At this point my heart goes out to those teachers.
