Ooh, now there’s a memory. We were almost ashamed to admit we’d had that for tea, it’s gourmet food now. Even better than corned beef fritters.Spam fritters, fried eggs and chips.
Mrs T had chicken breast rubbed with Ras El Hanout mixed with Olive oil last night.

Roast it in its skin, then scoup out & mash with butter & pepper.I’ve unexpectedly become the proud owner of a celeriac, does anyone know any good recipes?
Craving chippy tea (you know it's my vice!)
Nearest takeaway would be stone cold by the time we get back so made our own version!
Over chips shallow fried (still no actual oven...) Stuffed in wraps with salad and halloumi!!
Unbelievably tasty!!
I'm beginning to think we should crowd-fund to get you an oven/cooker....Friday night....
Same again!!

How are things going in the new house?
That's great news, we bought our last cooker in a haze if emergency, forgot to measure properly, when it arrived we realised we couldn't open the *cutlary draw without first opening the grill on the cooker, as the handle stuck out to much....Aw that's very sweet of you!
I have some money saved and can buy now we're in the house - it's just the one I've set my heart on is 'out of stock' !! I've called Belling and they were useless and couldn't tell me when they would be back!
I have a very specific 'gap' to fill so it has to be a certain size!
It's been a test of of our imagination without one!!
House is unbelievable! Wake up with a smile from ear to ear everyday!
Hope you're looking after yourself xxx
I know lots of good recipes but none involving a celeriac. Ask Alexa/Google/Siri.I’ve unexpectedly become the proud owner of a celeriac, does anyone know any good recipes?
What the Americans call an english crumpet is nothing like a crumpet more of a mix of crumpet and muffin
