Anyone know if adding a temporary filling at home after like probably half a year since it fell out is a bad idea? I'll go the dentist eventually, obviously, but just wondering if I'd be making it worse down the line.

(because of the size and location, I wasn't sure if I had lost a filling or not until it has recently started to ache slightly so it's been open for a long time)

Yeah, I've decided it's probably pointless putting a temporary one in after this long given I'll probably go, at the latest, in a couple of months. I live with people who are more at risk with the virus than me which is why I've been putting it off but I guess I can be careful. Cheers.

In news unrelated to the state of my teeth* ( :| ) I got a pack of Creme Eggs in the ASDA delivery this morning as I've not had one for yonks. It was like heaven on my tongue but then I made the mistake of looking up how much sugar is in one single egg.....

* My teeth are actually in pretty good condition, all considered, but I had like 9-10 fillings in my teens because I have a mouth full of "sweet tooth"s, never mind one!

My dentist said that, in evolutionary terms, teeth are only meant to last about sixty years so I can't expect mine to be any good now.

Seems like everything, even tho it wasn't. I couldn't find the undies for one! I was cold and tired and not in the mood.
Didn't even have Bootywootys 7+ cat food. He's too old for the 1yr stuff.
There's a problem with pet food production at the moment, cat and dog, that's why those big space filler things are on the shelves.

No idea what they've done with the knickers, the joys of having some days off! Although I've seen everyone has to wear high viz inside now too! That'll ruin my disguise.

Spotted hubbys 'lost' glove , that we'd been searching for all week , during my walk this morning. Someone had kindly picked it up and hung on the church railings on Wildwood ringroad.

Just incase the person who found and put it on the railings is reading this....a big thanks to you . Saves me nagging hubby anymore about losing one of his xmas presents so soon!

Mmm, it may have been hung there as a warning - gamekeepers will often nail crows to fences, to frighten off the others.

Make sure you know where the policies are.

Not sure about that.
Some walkers hang little bags of dog shit on trees and shrubs in the countryside but it deters neither dogs nor their owners.

Walking around Tamar Lake today I noticed bags of dog poo hung up in a bush. What exactly is the logic of this ? They've gone to the trouble of taking poo bags, scooping it up ... and then they hang it in a tree by the path !!! .... far better surely to flick it into the grass if you're going to do that rather than carry it to the bin.
