I'm at work on my weekend off, stupidly thinking it would be cold and dull all weekend I agreed to 9hs overtime today, and 6hrs overtime tomorrow... truly regretting that decision now.I miss Monty telling me what I need to get done.
Jobs for the weekend, a couple of raised veg beds, planting some wild flower seeds and a new washing line.
The weather looks glorious, what’s everyone else up to?

So far we've cleared two thirds and collected 4 tonnes of rubbish. I don't mean garden waste, actual crap - BBQ's, burnt out fridge freezers, mattresses, glass, crockery!
It's an absolute crime - I really don't understand how someone ever thinks it's okay to just sling crap at the end of the garden?!?

Or fire bins.In the days before council rubbish collections it was quite common for people to have rubbish dumps at the bottom of their gardens, particularly in rural areas.
Or fire bins.
