I have no idea....
I've been busy at work and then have tutoring afterwards so asked him to sort something out...
At a guess I'm going to say it's carb heavy with lashings of cheese!
What did you end up with @That-Crazy-Rat-Lady???
Mexican* chicken & vegetable cous cous.
Made with Maggie so juicy... I'm never sure on how I feel about the bag included with this.... Thoughts everyone?

Love the taste, I'm just suspicious of the bag, I usually cut it open halfway through & dump the contents in the casserole dish to finish.I use the bags frequently, our favourite is Mediterranean chicken.
Just stuff all the ingredients in the bag, then stick it in the oven.
All the juices and flavour stay in the bag and there is no oven splatter, what’s not to love?

Plastic? Or whatever it is, carcinogens? ... The same as the film on oven/microwave food.Oh! Why are you suspicious of the bag?

It's just me, my dad aquired a microwave in the late 70's & i was always suspicious that it would lazer my hands off when I put anything inside it.... I hardly use ours even now....
Ooops sorry, I use & worry about them, that why I tip it all out halfway through and get rid of the bag.@littleme I’ve just googled it (about the plastic bag) because it’s been on my mind.
So yes you are right, while they are generally supposed to be safe, it’s possible that the plastic might leach into the food.
Something else for me to stop using then.
Or use it but worry about it.
Why does the process of eating have to be fraught with guilt and concern?
