Sausage & med veg bake with feta crumbled over
I absolutely love sausages.
I couldn't eat a pork chop or a joint of pork but sausages and bacon are probably the main reason I couldn't be a vegetarian.

They're not just any sausages, they're M&S Posh dog sausages....I absolutely love sausages.

Bacon for me too....
No you're not! They are pricy, but they are huge, and more of a Bratwurst than an everyday sausage. Not knowing what posh dogs are, I’ve just googled them.
Blimey, they’re a bit pricey aren’t they?
I’m more than happy with my Aldi own brand Cumberland or Lincolnshire sausages at £1.69.
A friend of mine ooohed and aaahed over some M&S sausage rolls, I personally thought them nothing special.
I accept I’m probably in the minority, I know lots of people love M&S but I’ve never found much to be worth the extra cost.
Perhaps I’m just a philistine.

Home made bacon, onion, courgette & cheese crustless quiche, and salad.
Impossible Quiche! The basic recipe is this....I’d really like the recipe for that, sounds lovely.
Wish I could like this twice, can't wait to try it.Impossible Quiche! The basic recipe is this....
1/3rd cup self raising flour
1 & 1/2 cup of milk
4 eggs.
Then whatever filling you like, so today I lightly fried/sautéed bacon, onion, courgette & tomato (or whatever leftovers you have) ... Put the flour into a large mixing bowl, whisk in the eggs gradually so you get a smooth consistency, then wisk in the milk. Add as much grated cheese as you want (the recipe says one cup)... Then add the lightly fried/sautéed meat & veg. Pour into a large rectangular Pyrex dish (or whatever you want to cook it in), bake in the oven for 40 min at 200 degrees.
The Real recipe is below, but as long as you stick to the flour, milk & egg ratio you can add whatever other ingredients you want.

WARNING: When you cook this, it puffs up in height extraordinarily while in the oven. It also stays of volcanic heat for a extraordinary amount of time.
Another favourite 'impossible' recipe is Impossible pudding....
