By the way we seem to have two Gatehouse threads, is that really necessary?
They appear to have been merged now - there may be some slight confusion in the joint sequence, as a result, but it's better than it carrying on like that.

Some people often start new threads without checking if there's an existing one - it usually gets spotted and fixed early on, but ones that are almost identical can slip through, I suppose.

I shall lurk about in the corners of the thread with my 'Bring back the Borough Hall, down with the Gatehouseists' awaiting my chance. :P

John Lydon is at The Gatehouse Monday 11th October. Tickets from £30.00. I'm slightly tempted.
I would prefer it to have been Captain Sensible.

Excellent.
Get next door in the City Arms if you've got time.
And you're less than a five minute walk from the Old Monkey, Circus Tavern and Grey Horse on Portland Street, all Proper Pubs.
Former Conservative Party leader Sir Iain Duncan Smith was allegedly attacked with a traffic cone in Portland Street
Where's John Major's Cones Hotline, 08457 504030, when he needs it ?

How is this related to the Gatehouse?

What has that got to do with the Gatehouse?
I'm not sure how much the post about the Square "has got to do with the Gatehouse" as "This offer is valid to not just theatre guests but open to everyone on a first come basis".
