I'd guess to replace it you have to fully re mm ove what was the which wouldn't be possible. What they have done looks good

Have you see a newly planted tree in Stafford recently? No matter how many our council destroy and cut down, replanting seems an alien concept to them. In fact in a recent 12 month period a freedom of info request got them to admit that in a whole year they had planted 7, yes seven trees

I've been growing a few from seed but nowhere seems to want to take them/ can't find anywhere to plant them. Perhaps but this isn't something that needs to be dependent upon politics. Wander down Corporation Street in October, fill a carrier bag full of conkers then get them planted.

This really isn't true. The huge majority of urban trees provide nothing but positives, loads of positives. Structural problems are caused by the wrong tree in the wrong place!

Ha Ha! Dear me! Where I work we have been volunteering with Cannock Council & Forest of Mercia to help create an urban forest. We planted nearly 1,300 saplings in two days recently!.Have you see a newly planted tree in Stafford recently?
