Yep. When my neighbour chops firewood I can feel it at times. They'll be using a very large machine to get it done too, not your hand held pneumatic jobby.

Breaking, digging, dust, excessive and prolonged noise for anybody in sight and that noise will carry on for a fair distance in all directions.
I'd guess it will be one of the biggest areas to be broken since one or two town centre projects. I'll also guess there will be a load of complaints from residents about debris and mud from lorries leaving site. I'd guess one or two on here will air grievances and some will respond with "buy a house somewhere else then!" cos that's what some people are like!
