They might have a portacabin up flogging the houses but there's not a hope any will be ready by march.... Maybe a show home if you're very very lucky...Victoria gate stafford bellway .

The piling that went on for the factory was a bit entertaining, quite a few piles didn't stop and were banged down a bit further by putting another pile in after them.Thay will need to pile drive as the ground is not good .
I wouldn't like to be living near this .

If those of us living round here - myself, @gilbert grape , @Andreas Rex and anyone else I may have missed, if we can put up with hearing and feeling every single pile that went in the new road, then those that live round there can do the same with the new houses.The piling that went on for the factory was a bit entertaining, quite a few piles didn't stop and were banged down a bit further by putting another pile in after them.

Bettyhatch Lane off Eccleshall Road used piles, and like @Gramaisc said above they ended up putting piles onto piles when they didn't hit solid ground for considerably longer than expected.I've not known of pile driving for houses, just concrete rafts.
