Stafford shops opening - Turning into a boom town?

Last week whilst in town there were people measuring up the from the old Cash Generator next to the British Heart Foundation charity shop. There's no barbers in that part of town so it's looking good... 👍

The ex Open house estate agents next to the Wolverhampton Road pharmacy is now an arts and crafts shop.

And from looking at the retail park nearby it seems they are starting on putting the EV chargers in.

The former Bakehouse on Market Street is now Cream Nails & Spa.

The empty shop that is two doors down from the above is now Studio Fresh Craft Hub.

As per the BBC news, Burger King coming to The Hough in the former Frankie and Benny's property.

Slightly off topic, but I wonder if the council ever fined the guy who owns Foxearth for cutting that tree down illegally.

That's exciting - I mean, it will be terrible for my waist line and traffic will be nightmare but still it's nice to have options

I'm more than curious to see how they will incorporate a drive thru into that footprint given that they can't demolish the property.

It's a bit of an awkward layout, you have the inbound and outbound traffic crossing each other at the entry /exit.
