Ray's a Laugh!! Ray's a Tit(ter) more like, ok so it's 60yrs old but some humour dunna carry i suppose this is that type. His old showbiz mate Arthur Askey was another unfunny funnyman (for me) although dying legless was hysterically funny........

RtH isn't on at the moment - just Stop Messing About, which isn't quite the same, really. It'll be back on soon, though. Keep an eye on the 8am comedy slot for it's return. I have the full set on CD so I don't really care, but having to schedule one's life to hear the episode is part of the fun, don't you think?

The current run of Stop Messing About comes to a climax next Friday - Feb 12th. I suspect that this may result in a further re-run of RtH, but the schedule that far ahead has not been revealed yet. I will keep an eye on the available information.

I'm just listening to SMA and KW has claimed to have been involved in the D-Day landings -

"In fact, I was responsible for the first assault on the beach."

Sorry! False alarm. They're running series two of SMA next, so at least another 13 weeks to wait...

I note that 'All camp guests are invited to enjoy rich entertaining and animating programs for all generations.' - but what exactly, dare I ask, is 'human table soccer'? Some unsavoury euphemism?.

Apparently, it's this..

Beyond Our Ken's on these days - and at noon on a Sunday in real time - might have to roast something to get the full effect..

Not as good as RtH, but better than nothing.

They spend five minutes of the current episode ripping the piss out of the Archers - and, 52 years on, I still have to rush across the room to turn it off every night!!..

Find me a village in the UK with an Asian solicitor married to the vicar.
