Most people? Source? I think most people have their trees up and SOME people take them down. Household decoration and town/retail totally different argument.

As funny as that is. In reality it further backs up Stafford current and it’s ever increasing “ghost town” status. In darkness. Boxing Day. On festive evenings out. They are not helping themselves.

You are wrong. Christmas is not Christmas Day alone. Twelve days of Xmas??? Is there not? As for retailers?! Boxing Day pretty important?!? Foot fall needed for the town?!? Encouraged by the feel of it still being festive? If they want to save money then lighting up in November less important...

The town Christmas lights were off yesterday and again today. What gives? The market square and tree in total darkness in the festive period. A fault? Gives a bad impression of Stafford. Especially to those travelling in for the panto etc.

Only problem I see is with food starting at 12pm earliest it kind of dilutes the breakfast option.

That is good news and I hope the support is there if the quality is. Has anybody on this board used the pub for food? Comments?
