    It was mentioned in the news earlier as it could open the possibility of Costa opening up outlets in existing M&S stores. Guess it depends how well their food sells in Costa.

    If Costa coffee is opening in all the M&S stores next year, I wonder where this leaves the Riverside one a few doors up ? On the flip side, you'll be able to get M&S food in all Costa's.

    So realistically, the council just doesn't want to continue to pay for the new fencing repeatedly, rather than solve the problem of the road. The fence was the only thing that slowed the car down so it didn't end up inside Currys during lockdown ...
