Have a look through my history of posts/threads and you'll soon understand you don't know the meaning of unpopular - I've been down to minus twenty and below. They're meaningless points, they have no bearing on how people treat you on the forum whatsoever. Henry's cat and heritori are two others I can think of from the top of my head who have been down in the serious minus points range at one time or another, and yet we will all chat, talk and debate together as if there were no points.

You're putting too much weight into the points and the value therein.

It's nothing like the dark ages here at all, everyone is free to voice their opinion and everyone else is free to counter it with whatever constructive (or otherwise) argument they care to post.

if you're the sort of person who counts how many friends they have on facebook, or how many followers they have on twitter, then i can understand why you may get concerned by the points. if you have more important things in your life, however, you will forget about them quickly enough. hows about a way of just hiding your score from you if you would rather not see them?

At first I was a little upset about getting all those minus points and it did stop me posting for a while but then I thought sod it why should I worry about other people not agreeing with my views, I now wear my cuffy points as a badge of honour!

So if you see someone walking down the street with a big badge saying '-158 and Proud!' come and say hello!

They mean absolutely nothing, if you track back a few years you'll see me cuffying Lunar Scorpion in one thread for her ideas on the benefits system yet skilling her in another the next day for something else. Don't take them personally, nobody else does.

EDIT: Having just seen how many points I have I now believe the above is all lies, and that not only are they a measure of your self worth as a human but they also reflect penis size :D

I can confirm that your opinion is correct - to the extent that I can no longer sit close enough to the keyboard to type and now have to dictate my posts as a result..

So, since you say that you can no longer sit close enough to the keyboard to type you are, in effect, actually saying that your penis continues to grow - the more points you get?? It makes me wonder what will happen to the male 'members' of the forum when the point system is no longer.

Pehaps the points work like metabolism! some go faster than others! lol - It would be good if we could see what post the points voted down - ive seen businesses on here say hello and they on minus whatever before you know it! Randles car place only chat but dont have many points - i dont really care either way i just waffle on lol :blah:

well 1 green sheild stamp is worth .0001p stafford forum points are worth .0infinityX00000000000000000000001p, so if you take in the tesco exchange rate mr marwood has going on i would say we were screwed. lol
