Breakfast Recommendations

Hi all,

Can anyone recommend a place to to dine in and have breakfast in Stafford?

Preferably serving from 9 - 11/12. All recommendations appreciated.

Greasy spoon, upmarket or somewhere inbetween? Jocks Cafe on Silkmore is good for a greasy spoon.

Ahhhh... heard that was good. Somewhere a bit more upmarket though. But worth keeping in mind for those "quick fix" days! Thanks.


(Sorry.... I have just become aware I should having posted this in the Dining Out forum..... could a Mod move the thread if deemed appropriate to do so? Thanks).

The swan , The Vine, Post house, The new Wetherspoons does a decent choice , But my favourite is the soup kitchen .

Most places in stafford do try and offer something for breakfast , there are a couple of decent greasy spoons knocking around, as far as I'm aware the swan has always served breakfast great choice and good value to.

I think asda is also open for breakfast, wouldn't imagine it would be the best but could quite possibaly fill a void

for a cheapie - Jocks is great, for a quality breakfast - the Swan is my favourite, dont bother with Asdas in my opinion

Not tried asda to be honest, just somethin my gran was waffling about, suppose that says it all. From one end of the spectrum to the other, does the post house not do breakfast?
