Pot holes in roads

I see somebody has sprayed white lines round the potholes at the Halfords lights. I'll miss them when they're gone.

Don't feel too sad, I'm sure they'll leave the couple of beauties on the Stone Rd roundabout a bit further along.

Stop press! One of the roundabout craters has been filled in. Shame they left the other one few feet away. Ran out of tar, I guess.

There are loads on the A519 near me (due to lorries that can use the A34 or M6 but that's another thread) which seem to be there literally years before filling them with paxo which lasts until it rains again. Usually the same day.

There is a monster on Holmcroft Road, by the Co-op - you would know about it if you hit this, although the white paint might soften the blow.
