Sireno disappeared a few weeks back off of Facebook when I was looking for their number - so new owners instead of a revamp?

I know someone who went for an interview here.....well not exactly there as they were interviewed in the back kitchen of The Island curry house.

It seems to be owned by the owners of The Island, they were only interested in employing people at minimum wage & cash in hand, weren't bothered about them having any catering exoeriance, they expected the prospective employee to work 3 days on a trial basis without pay, & said they wern't bothered if staff didnt turn up or if it was quiet as they would just shut the shop...it might not be round for too long.....

Tried food from there Wednesday. Have tried there since Julie Bailey (forgot the name) Trevs Cafe and Sireno. 25% only applied if eating in. Quite why anyone eats in there when you come out smelling of grease (always been the same under all owners. Not sure why there's never been any proper extraction) portion was pretty small and very underwhelming. Meant to be open till 11pm??? Can't see that lasting more that a few weeks.

Shame really... Something more like McGregors making fresh sandwiches and a deli bar would do much better IMHO up that end of the town.

Wonder if it'll make it to 2019?

So many changes in that building constantly different owners

"Hi, can I have a glass of Coke, please?"
"We have Pepsi...is that OK?"
"Yep, whatever"

OR....

"Hi, can I have a bacon sarnie, please?"
"We have bacon...you know, that thing that every carnivore loves, and apparently is the main thing that turns veggies/vegans back to the dark side. We've got that meat crack, but it's made from the most tasteless, dry meat you can imagine!"
