they have wanted more space for a long time, could never understand why Guildhall didnt let them have the unit next to them after all they generate more footfall than anyone else in the guildhall.

I wonder if they were offered a chance to renegotiate their lease in light of the forthcoming food court building works and took to opportunity to exit. I will be amazed if it down close down it doesn't reopen somewhere else in town with better footfall soonish
