Hopefully...What are those large metal poles that have been tied onto the railings on the Gaolgate large roundabout? I have seen 3, mostly near to the crossings. Are these cameras to monitor traffic flow or some other kind of device?
Sound monitoring?
Air pollution monitoring?
Traffic volume?
They are either sound or pollution. My money would be on pollution, by the looks of them.Sound monitoring?

No.Red Light Cameras
Not just counting cars then...?
It seems the general rule in Stafford is that 3 cars are allowed to drive through when the light turns red, didn't you know?Red Light Cameras, not soon enough although I hope they employ hundreds of staff to issue the tickets otherwise they are going to be inundated with images.
It's a megaphone, used to shout at the twats that block the yellow boxes, and idiots that refuse to let you merge on Chell RdThere is one of these in the centre of the roundabout also where 2 pavements cross. Is it monitoring pedestrian flow rather than cars??
Are they planning to demolish the roundabout and creating a shared space? Or a burger roundabout?? Or going to change the crossings into puffin crossings??

Traffic
Not bodies
Pollution. Why is one slap bang in the centre of the roundabout near to the large Xmas tree? There's no traffic there?
