Snowing well in Woodseaves at present.
It was snowing here at 8am as well.
30th April & the hair gets it! Hopefully a total restyle! I've not been this excited in months!
Managed to get mine on 19th , a different girl to normal so hoping it turns out ok. Letting my wonky fringe grown out til then so that she has something to put right..

Face defuzzing on tuesday , first appointment time for their grand re-opening. Been attacking my eyebrows myself, but hard work having to wear my reading glasses to see the hairs sprouting out. Can't get at them properly as the glasses are in the way! But anything is better than Denis Healy brows .

I start back on nights for 3 weeks as from today. So, after a really long sleep, 10hrs with a small waking up period in the middle. I went looking for sumat nibble on. We have/had a lovely Sainsburys pork pie in the fridge.
I cut myself a slice, had a bite, put the rest of the pie in the fridge, turned back, to find the bloody cat about to sink his teeth into my piece! Ruddy Ninja! I didn't even know he was downstairs. Last seen fast asleep on my bed purring and snoring his head off.

Socially distanced walk today with eldest minime, his gf and minniest minime (age 3), along with the carer, minime & 2 grand-doggos.... It was so lovely to see them, I've not see any of them since last December... And 2 of them have had covid in the time (January) between then & now. They're both still suffering, with coughs and shortness of breath, so scary as they're only in there late 20's.

farking fantastic to see them.

And thus the reason I’m so cautious despite being in my 20s

Seeing how they are both still effected, you should. Good on you. I always thought it would be me (age, health etc) such a shock when it happened to my super healthy kids.

Entirely possible I’ve already had it, but without a T-Cell test I’ll never know

Son always said he'd be ok if he got it , he was more worried about us ' old guys'.

He's super fit , does weights , goes running, plays football , and golf. Only just 25 years old. He caught it from work in November and despite lots of his ' positive' mates being asymptomatic , it knocked son about a lot for a fortnight. ( Luckily not too bad to be hospitalised)
He's still tired all the time now , but don't know if that's through Covid after effects , or with working long hours on varying shifts.
A couple of his other work mates mid 20's to 30's felt pretty grim with Covid as well.

Glad you are being cautious @Cue a lot of youngsters don't seem to be bothered about distancing, obviously a case of thinking 'I'm alright Jack! '

Well think the Tesco 7am collection curse has struck again..... Every time so far when I've changed a ' decent' slot to that time it's snowed.

Just looked out and everywhere white over after a dollop of snow .

Thinking Trentham Monkey Forest might not be getting as many bookings as expecting , if people like me going to look at the website get Malwarebytes blocking access saying it contains a Trojan. :hmm: (Got into the Trentham website ok , just the Monkey Forest sites it doesn't like)

Took minime to town to pay in a cheque, everywhere seemed packed. Horrible.
Do you use online banking? Your bank will probably have an app where you can pay in cheques and they are cleared faster than depositing in the actual bank.

We all do, but unfortunately if you are under 16 you can't pay a cheque in via the app. No idea why, as we all bank with the same bank, and myself and the husband always pay cheques in via the app as they clear within a couple of days.

Didn’t realise about the under 16 rule. Seems strange but I guess it’s to do with some legal technicality.

Enjoying a drop of red.
Busy few days helping the Mrs with reopening her shops. 8am start yesterday with an 11pm finish and back in this morning for 8.30. The worst thing was having to pretend I knew what I was doing. Anyway this evening jr and I rewarded ourselves with a nice walk stroll in the sun along the beech. He even facetimed his mum, who is elsewhere for a few days to rub her nose in it...

Bottle of wine in a bit with a couple of Asda pizzas.

Just pay it into your own account, never had an issue doing that as I’ve had my dad do it in the past when I was a youngster

I've got antibodies but is that likely to be from the first Pfizer vaccine rather than having had coronavirus without knowing it ?

Antibodies usually means last 3-6 months maybe? Could be either though.
