Someone has to do the dirty jobs.Hubbys boss came to visit for a socially distanced lunchtime chat and stroll out with him , whilst he was up here in the Stafford office. I wasn't expecting it, but I got invited to join them as well . Lovely having a good chat and laugh walking in the sunshine with someone else other than just hubby.
Discussions on how to get them all back in the office covid safely . Looks like plans for a few weeks after hubbys 2nd jab . So the plants might be getting their dining table back soon .....
Didn't have time for a cuppa on the patio with us afterwards , so I've had to polish off the Salted Caramel cake , that I'd resisted all morning , all to myself

Congratulations! Also had to start on the Strongbows that I'd ordered on my latest Tesco Click & collect " Just in case"
We celebrate the anniversary of our meeting in The Grapes, when the coaches came to ' Top of the World' , more than our wedding anniversary.
14th April 1979 , around this time 9.45pm, never thought we'd be here cracking a few cans raising a toast to 42 years of being together
TaCongratulations!
Those places just wreck paintwork. After all the discussion about washing cars on this forum I decided to use the car wash on the Eccleshall road.
Whilst sitting there going through the wash I’m looking at this sign and thinking but what if it doesn’t!!!

I guess a lot depends on the car, I'd use one on my 60 plate focus but wouldn't on a new car.
Mine would fall apart if I washed it, it's only the mud holding it together. You are all shaming me into washing my car. If a neighbour doesnt say can you do mine next I will be disappointed.
