Tonight for us it’s salmon side, jacket potatoes, tenderstem broccoli and green beans.

Husband announced that he needs to lose a stone and I could do with shifting about half a stone so it’s mainly healthy eating for us for the foreseeable.

Liver, bacon, mashed potato and onion gravy for tonight.
Sausage and mash for little one ... fair enough, liver is an acquired taste.
Wife is having chicken goujons instead as she won’t go near a liver, which I find odd as she is Chinese and they tend to eat most things.

Enjoying a drop of red.
Due to a misunderstanding as to who was going to cook tonight ended up having a Wimpy.

Walked past Viceroy. My goodness their outdoor tables are packed together like sardines. I wouldn't have tolerated sitting that close to the next table pre Covid, never mind now.

Lasagne, initially

Yesterday, I left some rhubarb on the top of nextdoor's bin.

They seem to have found it, processed it a bit and returned it - so, that's next now.

It's quite a good system - also saves on labour and fuel.
I’ve got a bedroom floor that works in a similar way. I leave my dirty clothes there & they miraculously reappear a day or so later in my wardrobe fully laundered.
I still can’t suss out how it works.
