110% certain that is the case with both Boy and Gurly. I love them both to bits too, probably more than any biological children that may have come my way when I was younger.
Will be trying to keep Granddad stuff to a minimum though.
The carer is not my 2 eldests biological dad, and we worried what would happen when grandson came along... The carer was known as grandad-carer* from day one. I'm nanny-littleme*... Although overtime Grandad has become Gandad-carer - cute

*insert real name here

@tek-monkey that's the best thing about being able to choose who you call family, my 2 eldests dad has nothing to do with them since they were 5 & 7, I doubt he even knows he's a grandad.

So last week they resurfaced Kingston Hill

Wondering today when they’re going to finish, as the signs are still there and the ground is covered in a layer of stones

I'm reading a book with part set in the future - the future being 2020.

It's hilarious!! According to the book 2020 is a great time to be alive! People are wondering around happily, we all have 'slates' (iPod type technology things) and Justin Bieber is apparently on his 5th divorce...

If only they knew (about the pandemic - to my knowledge Justin isn't divorced yet)

Enjoying a drop of red.
Today I worked from home. Well to be accurate, I took the dogs, a rucksack and a camping chair and we walked to Oldacre Valley where we stayed until mid afternoon. There are a couple of secluded spots in the valley (not that it gets busy at the best of times) where you get decent 4g signal for making video calls so all was good. Didn't see a soul from 10 am until we started walking home at 3. Bliss.
