The carers gone to get chippy tea from Queens, usually my favourite - but I'm not feeling the love for it.

Found this in the middle of Lidl:

Comes across as more of a pale beer than a lager, nice drop though. Having said that I reckon after 3 or 4 you'd be looking a bit like this bonkers eyed guy:

as depicted on the can.

Beetroot tart with new potatoes and rocket!

I took a risk and topped it with Bousin type soft cheese that needed using up!

It could have been amazing or terrible - lucky it landed 'okay'

Husband hoovered his up so quickly I'm sure he didn't even notice!

Worked well, Gurly up this weekend. So, made the pizza dough and the tomato sauce, got a selection of salamis, serrano ham, olives, mozzarella pearls, grated mozzarella etc.
Built and cooked our own pizzas, great fun and freshly made pizza dough is bangin'.
I bought an Ooni Fyra pizza oven earlier this year. I agree, homemade pizzas are fantastic!. Took me a few goes to master hand stretching the dough but I am doing them like a pizzaiolo now. I am a victim of my own success though, everyone who comes round wants pizzas instead of barbecue.
