As mentioned earlier, I went out to dinner with my nephew, normally known as Little Shit, but seeing how I am his favourite Aunt (there really is no competition whatsoever, I really am the best - scraping the bottom of the barrel more like!)
We went to the Winking Man pub at Buxton. I had lasagna with a side of proper home made chips, and he had Winking Mans chicken. Only difference to Hunters chicken that I could see was he had blue cheese sauce?
Well stuffed, pair of us.
We went from there to Tittsworth Reservoir. There int an awful lot of water in it at the mo, so we were able walk about on the muddy bits. Cos im old and he isn't, I got us both an ice cream, which was very very nice.
I was still in a food coma from the Eldests 'Do' from yesterday, well n truly stuffed right now.

We went for a wander around Tittesworth back in July. The water level was pretty low then.

Diet started well.....................I skipped breakfast and got hungry while I was out so went to McDonalds.

I’m back on the Keto tomorrow so I'm cooking something carb laden and washed down with wine. :facepalm:

Tonight's late night snack is Raw Kimchi...

I've been promising myself a taste of this for ages... The carer has refused to partake though.... Its delicious... Similar to a bacon, cabbage, onion, vinegar, sugar thing that I make (we call it bacony cabbage, but I imagine it has a proper name in Germany)... But way hotter & spicyer....


... Not sure how much the carer is going to appreciate my fermented cabbagy oniony late night snack later... :D:D:D

Where did you get it? We love kimchi in our house and usually get it from Wing Lee (near the Bet365).
