We got a new house!!! We get to pick up the keys tomorrow and hopefully we can have a look at it in person instead of stalking it on google maps. Soo excited. But squeak, we'd better have a packing frenzy. Arrrgh so much to do, whoop whoop.

At the same time all this is happening I'm trying to deal with my parents back bedroom ceiling or rather lack of as they've had a massive leak and it's fallen in. And it was filled with stuff as they've been using it as storage and half of it is either wet, mouldy, ruined or all 3. They are upset, stressed and not mentally capable anymore of dealing with all of it. My eldest is over there right now dealing with the insurance assessor and getting the options.
I've also had caffeine as we've run out of decaf. That was probably a mistake.
