No. It's a old Victorian property so garden is pretty small

That's interesting as I've had no call back from them. Others say we HAVE to get a survey done before they even look at it. As the roof is bad we accro props up. Others say don't need a survey. Thinking of getting Bond wolf to value it. They are based in Brum. I'll keep you posted.
