    Hmmm! I don't know. If they have one knocking around then something could be 'arranged' I'm sure but there is a mass of legislation around child carriers/ prams and the like to do with safety etc. - which is why charity shops usually don't sell them.

    Get a cat. Just catching teh things is no good you have to disuade more from taking up residence. So get a cat or put all the stuff tehy can eat in things or places they can't access, keep bins covered, surfaces clean etc and they'll move on.
