Husband's dream meal! Went to a friends for tea - cheesy pasta and a giant slice of chocolate cake! Plus I got to pet her cute cats! Will be returning asap!

My husband occasionally works away so I'm in the position of having to cook for one. I usually do roast vege - easy to chuck in and requires minimal effort! You could do the recipe you gave me with sausages and balsamic vinegar!

Went into Aberdeen on Friday night and had the most amazing pizza and pasta at Tony Macaroni! Saturday was jacket potatoes beans and cheese Sunday pie and mash Monday homemade katsu curry Feel like I've eaten like a God last few days!!
