Went in yesterday to watch the cup final with my lad and was packed, looked like a good atmosphere and was pleased for them.....right to the point where we were abruptly told “no kids in here, you need to leave”. Customer service at its finest, my money went elsewhere.

Capacity won't matter at the new cinema if they go for comfort/experience over cramming people in. They have to do something to get people going again vs just downloading so improving the experience would be a great start. Said it before but VUE in newcastle is excellent with the new large seats.

If they go down the route of the Vue cinema in Newcastle that'll be perfect. Ripped out all the old seats in favour of comfy reclining seats with loads of leg room. Reduced capacity but a much better experience and more likely to get people going there. Great way to combat people just...

Hopefully this isn't the end. Plenty of places they could hopefully move to instead within the town centre that would do a job for them. The old Bella Italia to name just one. All seems very strange though!

Outstanding event today. Really enjoyed getting out there to cheer everyone one. Couldn't quite believe that by the time we'd finished cheering everyone around the 2 mile mark near Rowley Park on Wolverhampton Road, we only just managed to walk into town to see the winners coming in! Those guys...

Went in there today for a pint and couple of observations: 1. Loud random music while the football was on. Like they couldn't decide which audience to cater for. 2. Never realised what a huge beer garden they have. Needs some TLC but could be great for kids with a few things put in there!
