Accident on Lichfield Road - Near Frankie and Bennys.

Anybody know anything?

An Arriva bus with it's windscreen caved in, what looks like a pool of blood on the floor and all sorts of activity - Air Ambulance, Police drawing markings on floor, loads of Arriva bus folk.

Just heard it reported on national radio (talkSPORT) as an "incident" on A34 Lichfield Road

near the Riverway junction, does sound bad

Noticed the air ambulance circling over that way. Oh dear.
Must admit it sounds bad. Let's hope there are no fatalities.

The gossip at my girlfriends work (Areva) is that someone walked out in front of a bus, was knocked down and killed...dunno how true it is obviously

23 years old... some life! My sympathy to the family and of course the driver of the bus who now has to live with this.
I've not seen anything yet to suggest how it happened, so I wonder whether it was a tragic accident or a suicide....
I'm not one for watching or reading news, so please keep this thread updated guys.
