The drilling rig has been there since at least Monday gone, could of been there late last week....It does look like the rather nice poplar in Lidl's car-park might also be in some danger of 'improvement'.
The drilling rig was in the bowling alley car-park until today, having moved over the river from Sainsbury's at some point recently.
It was in the bowling alley car-park for the last few days, from Monday to this afternoon anyway - on much the same line, if observed from the Halfords junction direction...The drilling rig has been there since at least Monday gone, could of been there late last week....
age'd parent, expect an email from a Mark Highways Operations; on behalf of the technical review officer; on behalf of Craig Watkins, a tree officer*, he'll give you a reply much the same he did me, it'll be some copying and pasting type email.
Keep pushing for an answer though!
*on behalf of SCC, on behalf of SCC tax payers, on behalf of, erm ...us!
Yep, one Craig Watkins, Tree Officer, for Stafford Borough Council
See post #13 in this thread, his emails are quite amusing, for the wrong reasons.
If you find out the name of the next person (for whatever reason), post it here, if you'd be so kind.I heard he had left, or was about to?
Is he branching out?I heard he had left, or was about to?
So acknowledgement at least...
Good morning,
Thank you for your e-mail to highways.
A report has been raised and forwarded to the technical review officer for further investigation to determine whether this is a highways tree or not. This has been logged as 4006750.
Should you require an update on the progress of the report please do not hesitate to contact us quoting the above reference.
Within regards to a freedom of information request. This would need to be done through the relevant process. The link for this is provided below.

age'd parent, you asked for an update on the progress of the report, yet?
What? How long do you think it would take them to achieve three full working days? Could be months........Don't go off the boil!
Allow them 3 full working days max, I'd say.
