Bloody good quiz Sofa...getting better all the time. Loved the dingbats and anagrams, but we were all well stumped by the lyrics round! Not only were 2/3 of the 5 songs virtual unknowns (..well, to our team and the bar team at least), but the lyrics were sung to a completely different tune in the background! Nice idea, but if the songs were even slightly recognisable then it would be much better.
For anyone who's interested, there's another quiz on at The Railway Inn on Easter Sunday. I don't expect to do so well in this one, what with all day drinking/BBQing. I haven't got anymore details as yet, but will post them as and when.

Yeah, good quiz Sofa, nice range of questions and the film anagrams were a nice idea (could have done with the clues earlier on though 
) I think me and Wookie did quite well in the end considering we were a team of two! If we'd done better in the anagrams, we might even have made top three! Next time we will be prepared and shall bring our filmic friend Bod!

Indeed it is, but it's probably not the one you're thinking of. The one nearest to the station is The Stafford Arms, but the Railway Inn is further along. If you head along Doxey Road away from town, turn left at The Castle Tavern up Castle St, and the Railway is at the end of the road on the right. 5 mins from the town centre.taitou said:
