If the scumbags on the door at Casa can win, that only goes to show how little competition there is in the region.

Well unfortunately as they are paid to protect the premises and customers the easiest way of doing that is to chuck out drunken Joe Bloggs, but let known violent criminals and football hooligans frequent the place (and start fights) on a weekly basis. What happens when one of these known people starts yet another fight? They throw out the person that they have started the fight on and then go stand by the door, wait for the thugs to follow (not being asked to leave as that might involve confronting them) and watch the poor bugger get beaten senseless outside. If the scumbags on the door at Casa can win, that only goes to show how little competition there is in the region.
Blimey! Were there also photographs to aid with identification...?There was also a list of bared people you were asked to keep out of the premises
I got refused entry to casa because I was wearing trainers, despite the three people in front of me getting in also wearing trainers. I pointed this out, they were still in full view, but the doorman got aggressive and said I was calling him a liar.
That was about 4 years ago, but I've never been back and never will. If that's how you treat a paying customer you sure as chuff don't get my money.
All premises that are memberes of BARCS, work together to make Stafford a safe place to enjoy a night out, BARCS is helping to reduce crime and anti-social behaviour within the town centres of Stafford and Stone
Retail and licensed businesses have joined together to combat and actively reduce all aspects of crime and inappropriate behaviour.
There is information sharing agreements between BARCS, Stafford Borough Council and Staffordshire police.
Members are linked directly to town centre CCTV centres by personal radio, delivering real time assistance and direct access to Police staff.
Members have access to information and images of offenders who persistently offend. A managed civil exclusion process is also part of the scheme, which allows the information to be used by all staff to reduce further incidents of crime or poor behaviour.
The number of exclusion orders from licensed premises currently numbers about 180 and they run from 3 - 12 months, depending upon the offence in any premise in Stafford, so for example assault on a lanlord or member of bar staff would result in a 12 month ban.
Hope this answers your question.
