got loads of publicity this week, full page preview and interview with jazzie b in the metro, and full page in birmingham post and mail, as well as whats on magazine. also DJ magazine are coming down to review for the next issue, so make some bleeding noise...

just had some chick from the birmingham mail call me and say theyve been inundated for tickets for tomorrow night and its all over the farking brum radio stations n all. gonna be a goodun i reckon.
gonna do my ususal and text pete tong tonight as well.

another thing, theres no trains stopping in the ford tomorrow, so ive emaild you all the times the replacement bus leaves stafford to wolves, and the connection times from wolves to brum. if anyones not seen the email let me know and ill post on here.

Bish/Bash returns! We've decided to cut back on the monthly nights and will now hold Bish/Bash but a few times a year which we think will make for a more special night and give us time to make it just right. Expect 2006/07 to see some stellar parties from the Bish/Bash crew, so we return with a very special one off party at our new home Cocoon.

With the launch of Birmingham's newest underground superclub, we thought we'd pull out all the stops and welcome the Funki-Dred himself, Mr Jazzie B. Having been blown away by his DJ sets ourselves, and being the legend to British music that he is, we've been waiting until we got the right venue to book him - well, the time is now.

For the man who considers himself a 'pleasure giver', it's paramount to Jazzie to remain a part of the club scene. "Being a sound system is very important to me, I still DJ in clubs. And the label is run like a sound system. It's all exactly the same as before, except that the times have changed. Technically we are still a sound system. The singers and artists are our MCs, and instead of making mix tapes we now make records and CDs.

With our new 350 capacity venue comes a second room, hosted by our all conquering Brummie chums Jigsaw, this month with Dave James.

Mr B doesn't venture much above the M25 very often so this won't be like many club nights you'll go to this year - this will be a hands in the air, rawkus Bish/Bash P.A.R.T.Y. Do not miss.

We’ve just found out that trains between Stafford and Birmingham over the weekend are cancelled, but Virgin trains are running a bus service to Wolverhampton Station where you can get a direct train to New Street Station which leaves as follows;

dems the times, im sure theres more but im thinkin these give the best times for arrival into brum, whether ya comin straight there or goin for a few ales elsewhere. its dead near the arcadian so quite convenient for pre club drinks/leching at women (id youre singular of course) :cops:
