boiler problems

any one know a boiler engineer. my heating has stopped working and there no longer any hot water in my house, poo,

the pilot light is out and will not re-light.

Rich had this thread a while back. Keep trying t re-light it, thats always my method, sometimes takes 50+ attempts.

possibly the sensor probe needs replacing ,(the bit that sticks into the flame lets the gas thro if its hot) if its gone the gas wont stay lit.

edit: also try tapping stuff some times its just a stuck solenoid.
