Bottom of some window frames rotting - anyone know a joiner who might tackle that

Hello again,

I'm just waiting for a price from the firm Lucy recommended about broken windows but some other windows have rotting frames and I'm not sure if they need a whole frame replacing or just the bit that's rotting. I've left a voicemail for one person but not heard anything yet (still in June people could be on holiday). Jaybee's did mention a firm but when I rang I got the wrong department and when I rang the number the lady gave me for the joinery department I got the Samaritans!!!!

Somebody has recommended someone who might be able to "sort" the windows. If that doesn't work out I can always come back and revive this thread.
