Buying property abroad

jollypotters

A few posts under my belt
Anyone ever considered this ?
I bought property close to Kusadasi in Turkey
on my first visit four years ago and have never looked back since.
We have since bought a second property in Guzelcamli.
Do a search on this place (WOW).
We looked at Altinkum but rapidly went off it, way to many unsold properties.
Bit of a concrete jungle.
Totally reliant on the Brits if you want to sell on.
The Kusadasi area has more Dutch ,German as well as Brits.
Another reason for Kusadasi in my view is the fact you can fly to Bodrum or Izmir.
Izmir airport has just expanded and BA are doing flights at £81 from Gatwick
return if you book 8 months in advance.
We much prefer Kusadasi but would not buy centrum a lot of
Smart money is on the Long Beach area,Guzalcamli,Davutlar
Due to more luck than judgement i bought through a
very reliable agency.
There are tens of emlaks in Kusadasi,Altinkum etc and
the vast majority can be unreliable..
Not as in you will lose your property but add- ons here
and there prices changing.
I can put you in contact with a reputable
agency who will help you find your dream home.
A good agent will assist you in not only choosing
property but help you in tax ,cards banking ,viewing trips etc and
the important aftersales.
Here is a few of my experiences.
I bought a wonderful 4
bed villa on our sitesi for around £27,000 and
everybody wanted my advice.A 4 bedroom triplex is now
around £50,000.
I.

You would not believe what we pay for food and drink in Guzalcamli
compared to the tourists in Kusadasi..
We know another Turkey than the general tourist.
Thats why the clever thinkers buy on the outskirts of
Kusadas i in Davutlar and Guzelcamli.

If your interested drop me a line.
