Can anyone recommend a heating engineer

My Mom's boiler is playing up. Not been used over the winter and not there is a fan fault. I managed to get it to fire up yesterday by switching the fan isolator off and on but there is obviously an underlying issue.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. She lives in Penkridge
