Years ago, the Tourist Information Office had a few - try the High House or maybe wherever the library is now.Need to send something back to Latvia, thought it'd be nice to show the FiL what he's missing
Also, Waterstones used to flog local calendars by Bob Cartwright, who also did postcards.

Try the visitor centre in the Gatehouse theatre if it's still there.

If passing. Try Windmill Antiques they might have old postcards of a bygone age if interested.

He won't come
Not entirely sure how easy it'd be for him to come over anyway legally, he's retired so won't pay any tax and will need medical treatment, he's the sort our lot tend to not want. He could go to Ireland, and we could move there, but if thats the case is it any difference between Ireland and Latvia if we still have to move? Although my wife could work for a few years and get something towards a proper pension
