I've been down the Astra, sorry Apollo and paid my £5.40 to see the new James Bond and have to say i liked it alot. Also liked Craig as Bond alot, he is just what Bond should be, hard as f*ck both physically and emotionally. Sets him up nicely for the next few.

Anyone else been to see it yet and what did you think?

Like watching Bond played by a uni-educated Wayne Rooney. The ultimate 'I am NOT 'avin' that' characterisation.

As for Eva Green - lovely.

Quite pleased with it, and I'm a Bond fan, but nowhere near as good as some were billing it. Still, a slight improvement on the last few which were ridiculously OTT and, well, pants.

I thought this but to be honest it wasn't too bad. Shiz loads of leg room where we were sitting and comfy seats too. it's no warner brothers but it's better than that god awful one in walsall.

I Liked that Bond is more 'act now, think of the consequences later' as this is what he is like in the original books. I think the next few should be even better as this film has set the scene for his character.

Eva Green. She did indeed give a fine display ;)

criminy. saw this last night and in my opinion this is the greatest bond ever made, and if they manage to make the next one as good, then sean connery has surely lost his crown. gone are the ridiculous gadgets, and crash bam wallop violence. i was :gonk: when he was sat starkers on that chair. totally UNpredictable, excellent twists, and shows you why bond is the hardest mofo on the planet.

blat blat BLAT!

oh yeah and his birds not half bad. when he rolls his DB9 the bloke in front of me screamed 'NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO'. and i dont think he was worried about JBs safety.

yeah Rich, good innit. I may go and see it again which let me tell you is unprecedented behaviour for BBC. The only downside to the film was the amount of product placement but hey that's the world we live in I guess!

not seen it but isn't there a line when someone asks bond "is that that a rolex?" and he replies "omega"? takes the piss a bit.

i watched a snide copy (very good copy...not even a random person getting up for a slash in it) on saturday night...and i have to say im sold.

ive had my doubts about mr craig's ability to be the next bond, but i was pleasantly surprised. the humour was dryer than his martini with an obligatory element of cheese (wouldnt be bond without it).

the only thing i would criticise is his constant pouting, he could have given posh spice a run for her collagen money.

am looking forward to the next one though and i never thought id be saying that.

I think that's just his craggy, wrinkled face.

Does anyone remember him in 'Our Friends in the North' on the telly? He has the worst crying face of any actor, except possibly De Niro.

We can go and watch it next week Panders if you want, but you have to close your eyes when he's walking round in them hot pants.
