Chinese Takeaway Recommendations

Any reports back on the food under the new regime?
Was always my default Chinese if in Stafford.

The new owners style of cooking is completely different to the original owners, however the curry dishes should be the same as they gave them the recipe

Has oriental kitchen changed ownership? Wife picked up a takeaway tonight and all change by the sounds.

P. S. They also now deliver and have a website for online ordering
Even I had a leaflet from them tonight - I don't get many Chinese food leaflets, so they seem to be putting the effort in - maybe they will respond to feedback?

Had a takeaway from Oriental Kitchen on Sunday night. The food was OK but that is about it. Looking online it seems to have gone downhill since it was taken over earlier this year. Is there a better Chinese takeaway to be had in Stafford? (within a reasonable drive of St. George’s Park).

Know someone from Rickerscote end that reckons the same.

Must pass just about every other Chinese in Stafford to go there.

I know people who travel across town to somewhere in Parkside .....

Also, the place in Martin St ( no idea of name ) always seems to have Chinese customers ....

We've just had the most amazing 3 person set meal from here - http://staffordshanghaigarden.com

Probably the best prawn toasts I've ever eaten and according to my mother in law "might have been the best takeaway she'd ever eaten"

Used to be great but sadly I find the quality of the Parkside one is directly proportional to the amount of ale consumed. As probably most takeaways are.

To be honest if they're not busy the food is generally ok but I have had better.

I used to use this place a lot when I lived near Beaconside but haven't used them for years.

I will try them again following this recommendation but I don't order takeaways too often these days.

Gave them a go tonight. Special Chow Mein: tasty sauce, big on noodles, small on meat. Spring rolls lacking in flavour and content.
Won't be going again.
