Looking for a Christmas Ale selection pack. Has anyone spotted such a thing in Stafford?

Izaac Walton Brewhouse (old Railway at Norton Bridge) are doing packs of three of their beers in a presentation box but they're not Christmas beers as such.

Black Country ales (Bird and Shrew) are doing similar as well.

When 'real pubmen' disappear you can usually put it down to relocation to some emergency dept with stomach pumps, large shiny stainless steel bowls and forward planning drying out schematics.

(I've done a bit of that myself in previous times.) :pint::pint::barf:😵🤪

Black Country had these the other day and I'm sure they had a Christmas theme to the 3 bottle boxes.

I'll make a special visit to check for you and report back 😁

I think I've done my share of getting round pubs but always get home without need of such attention.

But what Christmas Beers did anyone enjoy?
I didn't as I'm not in the habit of imbibing at home but Mrs Mudgie did give me a bottle of calvados which I'd never drunk before.
I think you're from East Anglia but probably not old enough to remember the 49 pubs of the Christmas Brewery in Haverhill that were taken over by Greene King in 1924.
