Browsing the amply stocked shelves at my local food emporium (tesco) i noticed Strongbow cider 24 cans for 17 quid just above this shelf i noticed 24 cans of Blackthorn cider 9 quid thats 37.5p per can , Get in there!!.....

talking of cheers the blackthorn 9quid for 24 cans seems to have dried up (though not before i bought another pack) not surprised at that what with all the V goers in the vicinity the way they're stocking up Tesco would do well to suspend as many booze offers as they can. As from what i've observed this morning they'll buy it anyway......

Seems the 24 cans for 9 quid is still going. Look for the Blackthorn box marked '24 for the price of 15' i think the shelf ticket says 12 quid but trust me it scans through the till at 9 english pounds. If the shelf is empty you'd best ask an assistant as the allocated space only holds 2 boxes at a time and if you've any sense you'll buy 'em both.....

When i'm out and about i usually go for a few jars of real ale, if not available i'll go for Guinness, and lastly it'll be cider. To drink the first 2 indoors doesn't feel right, they belong in bars, Westons bag in a box organic cider is nice although the dry version is not always available, however at 37.5p a can it'd be mad not to snap it up........

Bagged another two boxes of the stuff yesterday, again 9quid for 24 cans to the left of this offer is 15 cans of Blackthorn for 12 quid!! ........

Sainsburys this time, own label litre bottles of vintage cider 2.19 each or two for 3quid, its med-dry and has a wonderful apple taste not too fizzy and 7%+, looking at the shelf this stuff is moving fast........

Still loving the Green Goblin, if you see that cheap I wanna know! Although the Thatchers ones are rather nice too, shame so few pubs sell them
