Roughly how long would you say it would take to travel from Stafford to there?Not here, and not my picture, but the Guards have a checkpoint at Ballycaskin currently.

Interesting event here just now.
A bloke dressed like a caricature rogue trader called at my house. I had spotted him approaching, as I was upstairs, and had decided to avoid any interaction. His co-workers were still in the associated vehicle, parked on the footpath.
Whilst he was still trying to get an answer from me, a cop car pulled up opposite and attracted his attention, so he returned to the vehicle. She was clearly not satisfied with the situation and paperwork was exchanged. Then unmarked cars arrived and activity intensified. It seemed clear that nefariousness was (perhaps more than) suspected.
The vehicle, should they turn up near you, is an indeterminate silvery-grey hatchback with ladders on the roof, I think the number plate was MJ55???. It had stick-on, largely white, signs that were too far away for me to read. The signs gave only a mobile number.
45 minutes on and it has finally ended. They have been allowed to leave and have turned round to head out out of town in the manner of a Western film.

The chaps in the unmarked car were the only ones left and were just finishing off some paperwork in the car when some unsuspecting boy-racer pulled out and wheelspun off down the road, possibly as a response to the rather flash car they were sitting in - so, they headed off after him, possibly with more paperwork to follow...

Anyone know what's going on in Nursery Lane by Bristol St roundabout? Seen police there 2 days and now most of a houses windows are boarded up.

Went past this morning, bottom side window blown out, along with what looked like part of the frame and some of the brickwork, looks like a mini-riot happened outside.
